I can’t stop making Sourdough flour tortillas!! They are so good all my coworkers keep asking me to make them. They are pretty easy to make.
Heat a skillet or tawa over medium-high heat.
Cook each tortilla:
They should puff slightly and get golden spots.
Place cooked tortillas in a clean kitchen towel to keep them warm and flexible.
Replace half (or all) of the flour with whole wheat flour.
Add 1–2 tbsp extra water.
Add:
Replace half the water with Greek yogurt for extra softness.
